| HOW TO DOWNLOAD OUR COURSES |
The links in the Course Catalog download ZIP files containing the course handout (PDF), a
pretest (PDF) and other resources you will need to take the course, along with a Flash version of
the training module. You will need the following utilities in order to open the print the handout
and pretest and take the course:

- Adobe Reader to view and print course materials. If Adobe Reader 7.0 or later is not
installed on your computer, we recommend that you download and install this free

- Flash Player to run the course file. If you attempt to run the course and it fails, you may
not have Flash Player installed. You can obtain a free copy from the following location:

Our course files range in size from 4 Mb to 8 Mb and can take up to 20 minutes to download if
you have a dial-up connection. We recommend that you obtain the courseware on CD if you do
not have high-speed Internet access.

SAVE the course. We recommend that you SAVE the course to your computer, so you can take
it without having access to the Internet.

Demand" in your computer's "Download" folder.
